Tension Stringing Equipment 3 ton hydraulic conductor tensioner SA-YZ30A

Hydraulic Tensioner SA-YZ30A is used for stringing single conductor, earth wire, OPGW and ADSS optic fiber cable on overhead transmission line. It is main tension stringing equipment on 35KV - 110KV transmission line, and for OPGW stringing operation.

Application: It is suitable for single conductor, earth wire, OPGW and ADSS optic fiber cable stringing in overhead transmission line stringing operation.
Features:
-Closed hydraulic circuit, infinitely variable tension force control and constant tension conductor stringing.
-The max. tension / pull back force can be preset, the tension force can be read from tension gauge
-Spring applied hydraulic released brake acts automatically in case of hydraulic failure to ensure line safety
-Hydraulic oil cooling system
-Bull wheels lined with wear proof MC nylon lining segments
-With rigid axle for towing at max. speed of 15 km/h
